2. Make friends with a farmer

If possible, get to know your local farmer and ask them how they are helping to conserve biodiversity on their land. Let them know about the Conservation Grade scheme, if they haven’t already heard about it.

 

3. Connect with the Barn Owl Conservation Network

The BOCN is a network of specialist voluntary advisers who promote a nation-wide habitats creation scheme and advise on installing nest boxes. it aims to increase Barn Owl numbers in the wild to 6000 breeding pairs by the year 2012.
